Swampking - THE Brooklyn Vaudeville.
An epic confrontation of ten minute plays.
With some humour to douse the tensions.
Two shows at least once a month on a Saturday.
So if you are interested in having your ten-minute play compete...
- All works must be sent via email SwampKing
- They must be one sixth of an hour or less, lest you be ignored.
- They must be simply staged for we have a simple stage in a glorious relic.
- On the appointed Saturday, bring yon assemblage to the lower reach of the Slope in the county of Kings..
- That evening your team will perform the rite before friend, foe and stranger.
- If you are selected by vote of man and beast and management the bounty will be glorious.
- If Ye believe thy works worthy, wrap them, bless them, and send them to SwampKing.
Now, this is a vaudeville. Thus we have need of all types of acts beyond 10-minute plays. So if you:
- Juggle
- Sing
- Dance
- Make Merry/Funny
- Create Moving images on a screen(10 minutes or less)
- Swallow swords, chew glass or show feats of dexterity and/or strength.
